HR EXECUTIVE
Job Overview
We are seeking an organized HR Executive to manage recruitment and employee engagement activities. You will be responsible for supporting all human resources functions and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure HR policy compliance and update policies as needed
- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Coordinate with payroll for salary processing and benefits administration
Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with HR tools and systems (HRMS, ATS)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
